Meet our Pastoral Staff
Pastor Keith Anderson is a native Houstonian. He attended Sam Houston State University where he majored in speech pathology and minored in psychology. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Calvary Theological Seminary. Pastor Anderson attended Trinity Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Crisis Counseling. He is certified by the State Bar of Texas in Mediation and Advanced Family Mediation. He is a Master Instructor with the Joint Commission on Chaplaincy Accreditation and Education. He is a Senior Chaplain with the Pearland Police Department and an instructor at the Police Academy in Stress Management. He is a member of the Chaplain Fellowship and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation
Pastor Anderson has been in the ministry since 1992 and founded New Harvest Christian Fellowship in Pearland, Texas in 2000. His spiritual gifting is in evangelism and teaching. He believes the church is to reach the unsaved by taking Jesus Christ as He is, to people as they are. For Pastor Anderson success is measured by Christ changing lives one success at a time. His messages are direct, sometimes humorous, and always biblically based. He stands on the belief that the New Testament church should be firm and unwavering in regards to the unchanging principles of God’s Holy Word.
Pastor Anderson is married to Pam who retired from being a police officer after nearly thirty years. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Deloris LaFave is Pastor of Praise and Worship. Deloris has been in full time ministry for over 30 years and is a second generation minister following in the steps of her father. Deloris is a lifelong musician with a flare toward rhythm and and blues. She is a trained vocalist and accomplished composer. Her experience includes leading worship and sharing her heart of worship for various events throughout her ministry.
Deloris is a passionate worshipper and it is that passion that allows her to lead others into the Presence of God. She is known for her caring heart and discipleship of others. Her motto is “When faith doesn’t seem enough, just be obedient to the Lord”.
Deloris and her husband Gary reside in the Pearland area.
Dustin has been active in ministry since 2012. He began as our Youth Intern in 2013 while still working in Law Enforcement. In 2014 he became our part time youth minister and as the momentum grew was brought in full time in August of 2014. Dustin was then called by New Harvest and ordained as the Pastor of Youth in January 2016. He now serves as the Pastor of Youth and Young Adult.
Dustin is currently enrolled in Southwestern Assemblies of God University pursuing a Bachlor’s degree in Church Leadership. He plans to pursue a Masters degree in Practical Theology.
Dustin has been married to his high school sweetheart, Audra, for almost 15 years and they have two wonderful children. When not working with the youth he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children play sports.
Arnold has been active in various positions of ministry for over 45 years. He has served as church administrator, deacon and on church boards for over 18 years. He has been actively involved as director of various local and international missions since 2004. Since joining New Harvest in 2012, Arnold has been blessed to be able to bring his experience, his love of people and his heart for God into the administration and missions programs of the church.
Arnold was ordained by New Harvest as Pastor of Administration and Missions in February 2016.
He, and his wonderful wife and partner in ministry, Paige, live in the Clear Lake area and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
