What makes the New Harvest Christian Fellowship Church special is the wonderful group of people God has brought together. At our church, you will find people of all ages with many different backgrounds, personalities, and levels of spiritual growth, but united together in Jesus Christ. We strive to maintain an environment where all feel welcome and challenged to reach new heights in their relationship with God.

We strive to bring glory to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit while we follow the Bible’s direction to worship Jesus Christ as Lord. We seek to teach, disciple and encourage each other to become more like Jesus as we teach this world all that God commands.

So, whether you are passing through Pearland, Texas or are looking for a church to call home in the Pearland area, please come and visit us. If you have any questions about our church, the Bible, or Christianity, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to help you in any way that we can.

From the Pastor’s Desk:

Scripture tells us that satan comes to steal, kill and destroy.
One of those ways is by making our minds sound like a busy highway.
The problem is that the noise is so loud that we can’t hear God’s voice.
Society is drenched with issues: from health to relationship issues.
What follows next is physical dysfunction and disease.
How do we stop this roller coaster ride of chaos?
By listening to what the Lord says and promises us in His Word.
On Sunday we will learn the Lord’s solution to closing down the noisy highway that seeks to destroy our lives.

On another note:  When you read the Book of Acts you become convinced that the ministry of prayer was foremost in the life and the service of the Church. The Church was born in a prayer meeting: Acts 1:13-14 and 2:1-4. The early believers also attended the regular prayer meetings in the temple –- Acts 3:1; moreover, in times of special testings they held special times of prayer –- Acts 4:23-31; 12:1,5,12 and 17, and 16:25. They believed that prayer was a priority matter –- Acts 6:4, and they prayed when they longed that Matthew 9:38 should be fulfilled –- Acts 13:1-4. And when they said farewell they prayed –- Acts 20:36.

Years ago, Dr Reuben Archer Torrey said, “Prayer is the key that unlocks all the storehouses of God’s infinite grace and power. All that God is, and all that God has, is at the disposal of the prayer. But we must use the key. Prayer can do anything that God can do, and as God can do anything, prayer is omnipotent.”

Let us, as the Body of Christ, come together and prove this! As you pray throughout the week don’t forget to join our corporate church prayer on Sunday mornings at 8 am.

See you in church! Pastor Keith
